Our Story
Hi, I'm Gen- founder of Sunset Stay Collective, real estate investor, RV rental host and a mom who believes in intentional living and creating memorable experiences.
Before I launched this company, I personally owned and managed multiple long term rentals in California and Nevada. Being a landlord myself taught me the realities of turnovers, vacancy, tenant issues and the genuine stress of property ownership.
At the same time, my family and I were building an RV rental experience so families could fall in love with adventure and the outdoors like we did through our brand , Sunset Rig Co. That's where I fell in love with hospitality and designing cozy , functional spaces, creating 5- star guest experiences, and realizing how much better travel feels when everything is handled with intention and care.
Those two worlds- property ownership + hospitality operations -blended naturally into the birth of Sunset Stay Collective.
I created this business because I saw a huge gap:

Guests want clean, comfortable , thoughtfully curated stays.
